Artist

British artist Rose Autumn MA makes finely rendered realist charcoal drawings and monochromatic paintings that explore the nature of perception in relation to the domestic interior as a representation of psychological space.

She was shortlisted for the Jerwood Drawing Prize and has been awarded the drawing prize at the National Open Art Competition, The Brian Sinfield Fine Arts Award at Pastels Today, and the Visitors’ Choice Award at the Brighton Festival Selectors’ Choice exhibition.  Drawings were also included in the Manifest International Drawing Annual IV, and Drawing Room II, a survey of contemporary drawing at the Royal West of England Academy.
