The Aging Myth: Natural Cellular Renewal

Our DNA is designed to renew our cells, not age them. The idea that we must age is a myth, influenced by media programming and a lack of essential nutrients, combined with exposure to excess environmental toxins.

What we eat and apply to our skin can promote cellular renewal or accelerate ageing. However, mainstream media, educational systems, and the companies that create toxins and put them into products do not educate us about this.

Natural Regeneration Timelines

  • Skin: Renews every 3 months
  • Blood: Renews every 6 months
  • Lungs: Renew every year
  • Liver: Recovers in 18 months
  • Brain: Restores its cells every 3 years
  • Skeleton: Fully regenerates in 10 years
  • Muscles and tissues: Regenerate in 15 years
  • Personality: Renews every 7 years.

Causes of Premature Aging

Nutrient-Depleted Soil:
Intensive farming by large agribusinesses has stripped essential minerals from the soil, leading to nutrient-poor food.

Processed Foods:
Many foods and drinks are highly processed and contain toxic additives and packaging, contributing to nutritional deficiencies and toxicity

Chemical-Loaded Skincare:
The skin, our largest organ, absorbs chemicals from popular soaps and lotions. Products from supermarkets and pharmacies, including perfumes, body sprays, and deodorants, often contain harmful chemicals that disrupt hormones and may cause cancer.

Understanding Aging

Ageing is not dictated by our DNA. Instead, it is a belief perpetuated by the idea that people naturally die of old age. In reality, our DNA continuously renews our cells, even in the elderly.

This natural process can be supported by eating homemade food from local, organic vegetables, fruits, meats, and herbs, whether home-grown or bought from small, independent farms, shops, or markets.

By being mindful of what we consume and apply to our skin, we can take control of our health and the ageing process.

Influences on Aging

Negative Thinking:
Negative thoughts, low energy states, and emotional instability can accelerate ageing. These issues can be addressed through Shamanic Healing.

Belief Systems:
Removing the self-limiting belief that “it is normal for our bodies to age and break down” allows the body to self-heal when supported by natural foods and skin products.

Both of these influences can be addressed with Shamanic Techniques in a tailored combination which may include the removal of Spiritual Parasites/Entities which may be influencing behaviour; Soul Retrieval to return stolen and lost life-force energy; changing negative beliefs to positive ones to support personal growth; and the removal of negative energy and blockages through Shamanic Extraction.

Understanding and supporting these natural processes can foster better health and slow the ageing process.
